**Client(s) agree to the following terms and conditions when booking a session with Peachy Pixels Photography**

BOOKINGS and FEES
​
Session date reservations for any media coverage or photoshoots require a 50% non-refundable, transferable deposit of the total package price. Package pricing does not include tax, travel fees, clothing rentals, prop rentals, or additional photographers. The deposit is applied to the balance of the personalized package and can be transferred if inclement weather or an emergency occurs during the session or event day. The remaining package balances are due on or before session day. Payments are accepted via PayPal, Venmo, Check by Certified Mail, or Cash. Entry fees for location shoots are not included in the package price. The client agrees to pay any admission fees necessary for entry. Client payment of location-based commercial shooting permits and fees are prepaid at booking.
LOCATIONS and WEATHER

Locations within a 30-minute radius of Melbourne, FL are included in the package price. Locations outside the 30-minute radius are subject to travel charges starting at 50$. Out-of-state or international travel fees are based on packages or event types.
Emergencies or inclement weather situations occurring on session day can be rescheduled at no extra fee. Clients agree to be punctual and ready to shoot at their reservation time and location.

SESSION and IMAGES

Clients accept re-shoots at the discretion of Peachy Pixels Photography. It is the client’s responsibility to prepare for the elements of the location (e.g. wind, humidity, or temperature). Re-shoots are only offered for on-location emergencies or unforeseen inclement weather. Peachy Pixels reserves the right of 4-30 days of edit/gallery preparation from the time of the session.
Gallery opening times depend on the photographer's workload. Proofing galleries for clients are open for seven days, reopen fee after seven days. Free Download links up to 7 days for package digital delivery. Estimated edit/gallery preparation times are provided to the client on session day. Edited images delivered to the client are chosen by the photographer. Unedited images can not be requested due to the potential misrepresentation of the Peachy Pixels Photography brand, style, or aesthetic. Digitals can be printed via Peachy Pixels' Print House or Official Print Releases can be added to any package. Clients consent to the display and marketing of images via social media platforms and Peachy Pixels' official website. Images(3-9) will be only for showcasing the photographer's work or for marketing purposes.
